Sufficient proof of income is required such as two of your most recent pay stubs or tax documents. CREDIT SCORE: Applicants should have a credit score of 700 or above with a history of on time payments. REFERENCES: Applicants must have good rental references. We send out a reference request as a first step so please provide accurate contact information. EVICTIONS: No history of evictions. CO-SIGNERS: Co-signers may be considered if any of these factors are not met. A co-signer must meet the income and credit score criteria as outlined above on their own. HOLDING A PROPERTY: We hold properties for 2 weeks from the date of approval so applicants must be willing to start a lease within that time frame.
